Because each item is handmade and many are created especially for you. all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges and refunds are not available once an order has been placed.

Before checking out, please make sure you're happy with your character, size and shipping information and other order details. Since handmade orders take time to create, please also review the current processing time before purchasing.

🔪But what if something goes wrong?

While we do not accept returns or exchanges for the change of mind purchases, we absolutely want you to receive what you ordered!

If your item arrives damaged, defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with photos and your order information so we can review the issue and work with you on a solution.
